Taylor Mauro is a dedicated attorney whose practice focuses exclusively on estate planning, probate, and real estate. She is passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most, navigate life’s transitions, and create thoughtful plans that provide peace of mind for the future.

Taylor became a lawyer because of her deep interest in government and a personal calling to help others. Today, that same sense of purpose drives her work as she guides clients through estate planning, probate administration, and legacy planning with clarity, compassion, and practical solutions. She understands that conversations about family, finances, and planning for the end of life can feel overwhelming, and she strives to make the process as straightforward, painless, and free of stress as possible. Taylor takes pride in helping her clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.

Before entering private practice, Taylor served as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas and Tarrant Counties, where she prosecuted cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony offenses. Her extensive courtroom experience sharpened her ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and advocate confidently on behalf of her clients. Those skills continue to serve her well as she helps families navigate probate proceedings and other complex legal matters.

Taylor earned her law degree from Baylor University School of Law, where she was recognized as a Public Interest Fellow for her extensive volunteer service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of North Texas and is licensed to practice law in Texas.

Outside of her legal practice, Taylor remains committed to serving her community. She is a member of Attorneys Serving the Community, serves as a mock trial coach for Plano West Senior High School, and fosters dogs through local rescue organizations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, reading, traveling to new places, and cooking with her family.
